To seek the blessings of Almighty for bright future of school

 To seek the blessings of Almighty for bright future of school and students, the path of Sri Sukhmani Sahib was organized at State Public School Shahkot on 5th April 2022 amid the gracious presence of Dr. Narotam Singh and Dr. Gagandeep Kaur, the President and Vice-President of Group of State Public Schools respectively. All the students and staff members paid obeisance in front of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. After path hymns were recited by students and the music teacher. The students of class 10th recited the shabad Deh Shiva Var Mohe Ehe, Harkirat Singh from class 12th sang the sacred song Mere Sahiba Kaun Jane Gun Tere and Dr. Sarvjit Kaur mesmerized everyone with Shaloks of Bhagat Kabir ji. Spirituality and holiness echoed in the school. After the Ardaas holy Prasad was distributed among the religious gathering. The aim of this ceremony was to attach the students with their grass roots and make them aware about customs and traditions of Sikh cult and creed. Such initiatives help students in character building, service before self, team work and respect for our culture and traditions.
